Earn from your empty land by making it campground for vehicle camping.

Requirements:
1. Your land should be accessible by Tempo traveller, jeeps and cars in all seasons.
2. Should have space to park minimum 5 vans.
3. Vehicle to be parked at minimum distance of 30 feet apart.
4. Camp sites must be as flat as possible so that vans/vehicles can be parked comfortably.
5. Land should be at least 500 Meters away from any town or village.
6. Per day per vehicle price will be fixed after discussion with land owner and based on location. With maximum 4 person per vehicle. Extra person will be charged extra.
7. Added advantage if land is near to mountains, lakes, historic places, and adventure activities.
8. Should be a safe place with one person at your land during night time. Fenced land will be added advantage.
9. One room small office room or metal shed or shelter should be available on the land.
10. Potable Water facility should be provided.
11. Electricity sockets should be provided.
12. Wet waste and dry waste bins to be provided.
13. Lighting to be provided at entrance to land.
14. One toilet plus bath can be provided for entire campground.
15. Preferably one picnic table to be provided at each spots.
16. Families and EarthCamper members will be book the camping sites at your land from our website.
17. We will provide the site plan, no need for any tar road construction. Only dirt path is enough.
18 We will provide training on how to host campers.
19. Most important is the land should be peaceful and calm place with no disturbances or inconvenience to the campers.
