Terms & Conditions

1. Pre-Order & Dispatch
   This product is offered on a pre-order basis.
   The Budget Mini Box will be dispatched within 10 days from the date of receipt of full payment, including product cost and shipping charges.

2. Warranty
   A 6-month replacement warranty is provided on the following components:

   • Water pump

   • Cans

   • Latch

   • Hinges

   • Table brackets

   • Manufacturing defects related to the box structure

   Replacement parts will be couriered anywhere in India.
   Shipping charges for replacement parts will be borne by the customer.

3. Warranty Exclusions
   The warranty does not cover:

   • Damage caused by dropping the product during use or movement

   • Fire damage

   • Damage due to overloading the platforms

   • Normal wear and tear

4. Shipping Damage
   In case of damage during transit, only the damaged parts will be replaced.
   Replacement parts will be shipped to the customer after coordination with the shipping partner.
   The cost of replacement parts and shipping charges will be payable by the customer.
   Please note that resolution may take additional time depending on courier timelines.

5. Returns & Refunds
   No returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is placed, payment is completed, and the product is shipped.

6. Product Images & Accessories
   Camping lights, cooking utensils, and accessories shown in images or videos are for demonstration purposes only and are not included with the portable kitchen unless explicitly mentioned.

7. Pricing & Taxes
   All prices mentioned are inclusive of GST.
   Shipping charges are additional and will be calculated at the time of order.
